Web Conferencing
Web Conferencing may be called by many names, often called webinars, e-meetings, web seminars, or even a WebEx.  Web Conferencing sessions are an effective alternative to face-to-face meetings.  In a web conference, each participant sits at their own computer, and is connected to other participants via the internet through an application that creates a virtual meeting room.

Audio conferencing:
Today audio conferencing is vital to almost every business or organization.  Conference calls are created when attendees join a common telephone bridge.  The host of the meeting normally has various controls such as mute, un mute, join, lock, and other features to control the meeting.  Often these meetings are recorded for later playback for the benefit of those unable to attend the live conference.  Toll conference calls require attendees to dial a long distance number, while toll free conferencing features a toll free call in number for all attendees. 

Webinar
Short for Web-based seminar, a presentation, lecture, workshop or seminar that is transmitted over the internet.  A key feature of a Webinar is its interactive elements -- the ability to give, receive and discuss information.

WebCast
Live or delayed audio and / or video transmission much like a traditional television and radio broadcast.  Many Webcast may be pre-recorded and pushed to the end user over the internet. 

PodCast
A PodCast is similar to a broadcast which allows subscribers access to feeds of various content.  Podcasting is a one way push of information which allows subscribers to view content almost anywhere at anytime via an I pod or other device. A major benefit is that PodCasting enables you to easily turn audio and web presentations into a PodCast, allowing participants to listen to your content anytime—even on the go!
